Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I was glad to meet with OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu on the margins of the Helsinki+50 Conference. I informed Secretary General about the results of the latest Ukrainian-Russian meeting in Istanbul and underscored the need for a leaders’ meeting and a full and unconditional ceasefire. We continue to demand the immediate and unconditional release of three OSCE SMM officials held in Russian captivity. I reiterated Ukraine’s commitment to the principles of the Helsinki Final Act and underlined the need to reform the OSCE and make it more functional".
