In Davos, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a productive and substantive meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.

The Head of State thanked President Trump for his efforts to stop the bloodshed and bring the war to an end.

The leaders discussed the work of the Ukrainian and U.S. negotiating teams, which operate practically every day through meetings or communications. According to the President of Ukraine, the documents are now even better prepared.

Particular attention was given to strengthening Ukraine’s air defense. Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that the previous meeting with President Trump on December 28 in Florida helped strengthen the protection of Ukrainian skies, and Ukraine is counting on further reinforcement this time. The President of Ukraine expressed gratitude for the previous package of air defense missiles and requested an additional supply.
