1. To the issue of illegal movement of Ukrainian citizens from the temporarily occupied territory of the Crimea to the Russian Federation
Citizens of Ukraine Muslim Aliiev, Emir-Usain Kuku, Vadim Siruk, Enver Bekirov, Refat Alimov and Arsen Dzhepparov, detained on the territory of the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea for fabricated accusations of terrorist activities, were illegally transferred to the Russian Federation.
In accordance with the norms of international humanitarian law, the occupier is forbidden to carry out the forced movement of the citizens of the occupied state to the territory of the occupier. The execution of such unlawful acts by the occupier entails its international legal responsibility.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expresses its strong protest and demands from the Russian side to stop the practice of illegal movements of Ukrainian citizens from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol to the Russian Federation and immediately return them to the territory of Ukraine.
2. Actual situation in the eastern part of Ukraine.
The situation remained tense in eastern Ukraine.
Russia-backed militants violated the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine.
In mentioned period militants were shelling Ukrainian troops’ positions in Kamianka, Vodiane, Pisky, Lebedynske, Verkhnotoretske, Shakhta Butovka, Travneve, Katerynivka, Shyrokyno, Avdiivka, Novoluhanske, Novozvanivka, Novotoshkivske, Pavlopil, Svitlodarsk and Troitske, Talakivka of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
As a result, 7 Ukrainian servicemen were killed and 28 wounded.
For all shelling Ukrainian troops responded with fire from weapons allowed under Minsk agreements.
